To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Items purchased on sale, under final clearance, or marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on apparel for size or fitting issues, subject to stock availability. Please follow the same process as returns and mention "Exchange" as the reason.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or altered garments
